C臂引导下射频热凝联合臭氧治疗盘源性下腰痛

Application of radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone guilded by C-arm in treatment of discogentic low backache

目的探讨C臂引导下射频热凝联合臭氧治疗盘源性下腰痛的疗效。方法对我科2005～2008年27例盘源性下腰痛患者行射频热凝联合臭氧治疗。据Nakai标准对疗效进行观察分析。结果27例患者总有效率达85.2%。结论C臂引导下射频热凝联合臭氧治疗盘源性下腰痛,操作简便、疗效可靠。

Objective To study the clinical effect of radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone guilded by C-arm in the treatment of discogenic low backache. Method Twenty-seven patients with discogenic low backache were treated with radiofrquency ablation combined with ozone guilded by C-arm. The clinical effect was analyzed according to Nakai method. Result In 27 patients,the overall effective rate was 85.2%. Conclusion The discogentic low backache can be treated effectively by radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone guilded by C-arm.
