辅酶Q_(10)对过量对乙酰氨基酚所致小鼠肝损伤的预防作用 被引量:4

Preventive effect of coenzyme Q 10 on hepatic damage caused by overdosage of paracetamol in mice

摘要 本实验结果表明,小鼠预先用辅酶Q10sc,能对抗过量对乙酰氨基酚(Par)所致的小鼠肝糖原含量下降和肝损伤引起的谷丙转氨酶(GPT)活性升高及病理组织学变化;同时也发现Q10能使小鼠血清Par浓度和肝匀浆谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量升高,而对小鼠肝匀浆细胞色素P450含量没有影响. The effects of coenzyme Q 10 on liver damage in mice induced by the overdosage of paracetamol are described. The results showed that CoQ 10 decreased the activity of serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase, increased the content of hepatic glycogen and ameliorated the pathological changes of hepatic damage due to overdosage of paracetamol in mice. It was also indicated in this paper that CoQ 10 could cause the increase in serum paracetamol concentration and glutathione content, but the content of hepatic microsome cytochrome P450 did not change. It is suggested that the mechanism of CoQ 10 preventive effect on hepatic damage might be regarded as the increase in stability of hepatic microsome membrane.
