核素直接法膀胱显像对膀胱输尿管返流的分级

Comparison of direct radionuclide cystography and X ray micturating cystourethrography in grading of vesicoureteral reflux

为了使核素直接法膀胱显像（ＤＲＣ）用于膀胱输尿管返流（ＶＵＲ）分级，使ＤＲＣ更有效地指导ＶＵＲ的治疗，以ＶＵＲ国际分级标准为依据，结合核素显像的特点提出ＤＲＣ的返流分级标准。对２８例ＶＵＲ患儿，同期分别做ＤＲＣ和Ｘ线排尿性膀胱尿道造影（ＭＣＵ）检查，按ＤＲＣ分级标准将返流分级与ＭＣＵ分级进行对比。结果：ＤＲＣ分级与ＭＣＵ分级完全相同有３５侧（８３３３％），比ＭＣＵ低１级４侧（９５２％），比ＭＣＵ低２～３级３侧（７１４％）。因此，ＤＲＣ的返流分级标准能客观准确地反映返流的程度，其结果基本与ＭＣＵ相似，有助于指导临床治疗ＶＵＲ。

PURPOSE A comparison was made for the grading of vesicoureteral reflux (VUR) by direct radionuclide cystography (DRC) and X ray micturating cystourethrography (MCU) METHODS Twenty eight VUR children with international classification performed both DRC and MCU nearly at the same time And all the reflux units founded by both methods were divided into 5 grades A comparison was made between them [WT5”HZ]RESULTS Comparing the reflux grades of the two methods, the grades of 35 (83 33%) reflux units obtained by DRC were as same as those did by MCU, 4 (9 52%) one grade and 3 (7 14%) two to three grades lower than those did by MCU CONCLUSIONS [WT5”BZ]The grading criteria made by DRC can objectively reflect the severity of VUR As the results were smiliar to MCU, DRC was useful for the guide of therapeutic regime of VUR
