Overall Arrangement of Regional Exploration and Exploitation of Mineral Resources in China

推进区域矿产资源勘查开发布局是落实我国区域发展总体战略的重要内容。四大区域矿产资源勘查开发各具特点,在遵循资源禀赋、开发利用与保护相结合、统筹兼顾与全面安排、因地制宜与发挥优势的原则下,提出促进西部地区优势资源转化、推动东北地区资源型城市发展、优化中部地区矿产资源开发利用结构和深化东部地区矿业发展的区域矿产资源勘查开发总体战略。

Under following the principles of resource endowment,integrating development and utilization with protection,making overall plans and taking all factors into consideration;actting according to circumstances and giving full play to our advantages,the paper looks at the measures for different regions,this is: boosting the transfer of advantage resources in the western region;forcing the development of resource-dependent cities in the northeastern region;optimizing the structure of mineral resource exploration and exploitation in the central region;deepening the general strategy of regional exploration and exploitation of mineral resources in the eastern region.
