摘要
根据初轧车间800t剪切机刀片停留位置的实测数据,比较最初的设计数据,结合机构的结构型式及运动特性,分析数据的差别,找出原因,得出设备目前是否正常运行。
In this paper, comparison between the measured data and design data of the stay position of the blade for 800t shearing machine were made. Based on the structure type and movement characteristic of the mechanism, the data difference was analyzed and the reasons were pointed out, thus it was obtained that whether the equipment is in normal operation.
