摘要
本文研究了Mn(1,10-phen)32+配合物直接催化鲁米诺—KIO4体系产生强烈地化学发光反应。以1,10phen.为配位体时,Mn(Ⅱ)的检出限为2.4×10-10g/mL。工作曲线线性响应浓度范围在5×10-9~1×10-7g/mL。在检测6×10-5g/mLMn(Ⅱ)浓度时,RSD为2.3%。配合物化学发光法检测矿泉水、电池厂排污水中痕量Mn(Ⅱ)可获得满意结果。
This paper reports a new complex chemiluminescence, i. e. luminol-KIO4 catalyzed by Mn(1, 10-phen. )32+ complex. Based on this catalyst a new chemiluminescence method for determining trace of Mn(Ⅱ) is proposed. The detection limit is 2. 4 ×10-10g/mL Mn(Ⅱ ) and the variation coeffient at a manganeseconcentration of 6 ×10-5/L, Mn(Ⅱ) is 2. 3% (n= 5). This method has been satisfactorily applied in the determination of trace manganeseion in mineral and polluted waters samples.
