摘要
虚拟企业品牌管理的收益具有共享性、延展性和长远性的特点。其分配既具备虚拟企业一般收益分配的性质,又具有自身的特点,分配模式中既有固定支付部分,也有产出共享部分。对虚拟企业品牌管理收益分配模式进行博弈分析,设计有效的收益分配机制,为虚拟企业品牌管理提供思路。
The income of virtual enterprise's brand management is possessed of the character of share and extension, and the character of long-term. Its distribution is provided with the character of commonly virtual enterprise's income distribution, as well as the character of itself. In the distribution's mode, there is the fixed charge, as well as the share of output. The mode of income distribution of virtual enterprise's brand management is analysed, a design of effectual mechanism of income distribution is given to offer some guides for virtual enterprise's brand management.
