运用文献资料法、专家访谈等形式对全省各级业余体校在高水平竞技体育后备人才培养现状及其存在的主要问题进行研究,提出"浙江省实施大中小学贯通培养高水平竞技体育后备人才"的理念。内容主要包括建立新型体育后备人才培养体系;依托社会力量,加大竞技体育后备人才培养的投入;提高体育后备人才培养的科学化水平。

The article makes a search about the current situation and main problems in cultivating high-level competitive reserve talents of all kinds of non-professional physical education institutions by so on.
