学报编辑的职业道德是学报编辑人员的政治水平、知识水平和业务能力的综合体现,高校学报编辑加强职业道德修养对做好本职工作意义重大。要加强学报编辑的职业道德修养须本着对社会负责、对读者负责和对作者负责的态度,正确处理好与作者、读者的关系,当好沟通作者与读者关系的桥梁与中介;在工作中要形成忧患意识、差错意识和创新意识;此外,还须把对编辑工作积极的评价转化为敬业的自觉性,这样才能全面提升职业道德修养,做好编辑工作。

The professional ethics of journal editors is the synthesize reflection of the political level, knowledge and work, and the editors＇ strengthening cultivating excellent professional ethics is very important for editors to do their work well. To strengthen cultivating professional ethics should do these well： being responsible to the society, readers and authors; keeping good relations with the readers and the authors; acting as the bridge and medium to connect the readers and the authors; forming consciousness of anxious, mistake and creation. Moreover, the editors should turn the positive appraise of edition work into consciousness of respecting work to promote the professional ethics comprehensively.
