本文在分析制造生产模式演变的基础上,讨论了生产模式演变的根据和趋势,认为敏捷制造是应关注和利用的生产模式;简要介绍敏捷制造内涵及现状等。并探索了利用敏捷制造思想提高我国制造业敏捷性和竞争力的实施方法。

This paper analyzes the evolution of manufacturing production mode, discusses the causes and trend of the evolution, and argues agile manufacturing is a desirable mode. Then it introduces agile manufacturing briefly, which studies how to enhance national enterprises＇ agility and competition by using agile manufacturing.
