A Transition of Vision and Function in High Education Administration

在高等教育发展由规模扩大到质量提高的转变过程中,在教学质量提高成为高等教育进一步发展的主要任务的新时期,高校教学管理的作用越来越突出,如何发挥教学管理的作用,本文从教学管理观念和职能的维度进行了探讨,并提出了具体实施对策。

A transition from student number to student quality is observed in Chinese universities. Improvement of teaching quality is becoming a major objective in the high education, administration in the teaching activities plays an important role in the management system. This paper is to discuss the functions of teaching administration based on the visions and functions of teaching administration and to propose relative solutions.
