动态环境下的企业网络与组织学习关系模型构建 被引量:13

摘要 组织学习既需要自身的"干中学",也需要组织之间的"相互学"。在市场、技术和信息等不确定性因素条件下,借助企业网络资源,企业势必会提高学习能力,进而增强企业适应环境能力,提高企业竞争力。基于上述逻辑,在回顾和总结前人研究成果的基础上,构建动态环境下企业网络与组织学习关系模型,即在市场、技术和信息的动态扰动下,企业网络的关系广度、关系嵌入、知识冗余和全球关系四个维度对组织学习的作用机理。
