应变率成像技术对原发性高血压右室功能的评价

摘要 目的探讨应变率成像技术对原发性高血压患者右室功能的评价。方法对49例原发性高血压患者(高血压组)进行超声心动图检查,在心尖四腔切面获得右室游离壁基底段、中间段、心尖段的应变率曲线,测量各位点的收缩期最大应变率(SRs)、舒张早期最大应变率(SRe)、舒张晚期最大应变率(SRa),并与50例健康体检者(健康对照组)进行比较分析。结果高血压组与健康对照组比较,右室游离壁基底段、中间段、心尖段SRs、SRe明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);基底段和心尖段SRa略降低,但差异无统计学意义。结论应变率成像技术可准确、定量、无创地检测到原发性高血压患者右室收缩和舒张功能的异常及心肌病变,为原发性高血压患者的心功能评价提供了一项新方法。
