98例获得性免疫缺陷综合征消化系统临床分析 被引量：1

摘要 获得性免疫缺陷综合征（AIDS）已迅速发展成为一个全球性疾病，全球范围病例数仍在急剧上升，病死率极高，尚无特效疗法，严重威胁着人类的健康与安全。90％以上的人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）感染者和AIDS患者可表现有不同的消化道症状，现就因消化道不适来我科行胃、肠镜检查的98例AIDS患者的临床表现及内镜表现进行分析。
