眼球肿瘤的CT诊断

CT Diagnosis of Eyeball Tumor

本文探讨眼球内肿瘤的ＣＴ表现特点。对３０例经手术和病理证实的眼球内肿瘤的ＣＴ片进行了回顾性分析和总结。ＣＴ在眼球内肿瘤的诊断上有以下优势：（１）可以弥补眼底镜检，荧光血管造影以及超声波之不足；（２）高分辨率ＣＴ及薄层扫描能较好的显示眼内肿瘤和其伴存的钙化，出血等，以及向眼球外扩展的程度。结论：目前ＣＴ为诊断眼球肿瘤的常用检查方法。

The purpose of the analysis is to find out the characteristic CT manifestations of eyeball tumor.Retrospective analysis and summary are completed of the CT films of 30 cases of eyeball tumor confirmed by operation and pathology. The results indicate that CT diagnosis of eyeball tumor enjoys the following advantages:(1).It can make up for the insufficency of funduscopy, fluorescein angiography and ultrasonography, and (2).High resolving power CT and thin layer scanning can better display eyeball tumor and its accompanying calcification and hemorrhage as well as the extension to the outside of the eyeball. It may be concluded that CT is now the commonly-used examining method for the diagnosis of eyeball tumor.
