摘要
对１９９０年１月至１９９３年１２月住院的３８例过敏性紫病儿进行脑电图检查并随访，发现急性期脑电图异常发生率为６０．５３％，脑电图改变特点为散发性或阵发性中、高波幅慢波活动，双枕区及中央区明显，１ａ后脑电图异常发生率为１５．７９％，二者有显著性差异。
From January, 1990 to December, l993, 38 hospitalized children with allergic purpura were examined and followed up by means of electroencephalogyaphy. It was found out that abnormal EEG incidences were 60. 53% during the acute staye of the case. Scattered and /or paraxysmal slow waves of moderate and high amplitude were detected, especially in the doudle occipital and central regions. The abnormal EEG incidences were only 15. 78% a year later in these cases, indicating a remarkable difference.
