炎症反应诱导大鼠骨膜下成骨──动物模型与机制研究

INFLAMMATION REACTION INDUCED OSTEOGENESIS UNDER PERIOSTEUM IN RATS-AN ANIMALMODEL AND MECHANISM STUDY

本文采用骨膜反应对模型对金黄色葡萄球菌提取物作用机制进行初步研究，将ＳＤ大鼠分为３组，分别于双股骨后侧骨膜注入金葡液、猪心培养基、生理盐水各１００ｕｌ，１周后光镜观察注射部骨膜反应。结果显示：①生理盐水组呈骨膜轻度增生；②猪心培养基组呈骨膜纤维性增生；③金葡液组呈骨膜骨性增生。从而得出：金葡液主要通过引发骨膜下炎症反应而成骨，炎症因子的释放可能是骨膜细胞增殖的基础。

A model of periosteum osteogenesis was employed for the preliminary study of the mechanism of the extract from staphylococcus aureus. 30 SD rats were divided into 3 groups and 100 ul of solution of sfaphylococcus aureus , pig heart culture,and saline was injected respectively into the posterior side of the periosteum of both femurs of the rats .The micranatomy results of the periosteum reaction ofter 1 week of the injection demonstrated:1)a slight periosteum prloiferation in the saline group ;2)a perfosteum fibrose proliferation in the pig heart culture group;3) a periosteum osseous proliferation in the staphylococcus aureus group. It was concluded that osteogenesis under perfosteum was inducedby the inflammation reaction of staphylococcus aureus injection and the release of the inflammatory factors may have been the basis for the periosteum cell proliferation.
