摘要
按Adler常规法合成的TPPFeCl-氯合(中位四苯基卟吩合)铁(Ⅲ)中有相当量的(TPPFe)_2O-μ-氧-双中位四苯基卟吩合铁(Ⅲ)存在。经中性氧化铝或硅胶柱提纯可使前者转变为后者。因此对方法进行了改进并提出了新的合成方法,可得到产率较高的纯产品。
Chloro(meso-tetrapnenylporpninato)■ron(Ⅲ)(TPPFeCl)prepared by common Adler's methodwas identified by HPLC as a mixture of TPPFeCland μ-oxo-bis((meso-tetraphenylporphinato)iron(Ⅲ))((TPPFe)_2O).It was proved that thesolution of TPPFeCl could be converted to(TPPFe)_2O in the presence of neutral Al_2O_3 orsilica-gel.Based on this fact the common synthe-tic methods for TPPFeCl and(TPPFe)_2O wereimproved.Pure TPPFeCl with high yield can beobtained by direct treatment with dilute hydro-chloric acid and pure(TPPFe)_2O can be obtainedby passing TPPFeCl through a neutral Al_2O_3 col-umn twice
