子宫内膜异位囊肿83例临床分析

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 83 CASES OF ENDOMETRIAL CYST

自１９８４年至１９９４年期间手术治疗子宫内膜异位囊肿８３例。既往有妇产科手术史者占６６．３％。囊肿直径平均５．９ｃｍ，其中５ｃｍ至１０ｃｍ者３８例，占４５．８％。卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿７５例，占９０．４％，余８例在其它部位，占９．６％。术前囊肿自然破裂者８例，大部分被误诊为其它急腹症而手术。保守性手术３２例，占３８．６％，半根治性手术２７例占３２．５％，根治性手术２４例，占２８．９％。结果：保守性手术，术后１年内妊娠者为５９．３％。术前诊断率为５７．８％。

A total of 83 cases of endometrial cyst were treated surgically from 1984 to 1994 among whom 66.3% of them had anamnesis of surgeries. The average diameter of the cysts were 5.9cm while 38 cases (45.8%) had their cysts of 5 to 10 cm in diameter.75 cases (90.4%) had ovarian endometriosis.Natural rupture occurred in 8 cases preoperatively and most of them were misdiagnosed as other surgical abdomen.32 cases (38.6%) received conservative treatment,27 (32.5%) had sub-radical operations,and 24 (28.9%) underwent radical operations.The results were that 59.3% of these patients treated conservatively got pregnant within 1 year after operation and the diagnosis rate of these cases was 57.8% preoperatively.
