吗啡对伤害性刺激上行传递的抑制作用

THE INHIBITION OF MORPHINE ON THE ASCENDING RANSMISSIN OF NOCICEPTIVE STIMULATION

实验室以往研究证明，海马的兴奋可经丘脑后核抑制伤害性刺激信息向中枢的传入，抑制痛感知。现研究指出，吗啡也作用这一途径，加强和协同海马的这一抑制过程，提示吗啡可能抑制伤害性刺激信息向中枢传入，影响痛感知,而起到镇痛作用。

Qur prevlous studles proved that the excitement of hippocampus has an inhibitionon on the transmission of nociceptive stimulation to the nerve center via nucleus posterior thalami and can thus inhibit algesthesis. This paper indicates that morphine has such an effect on strengthening and supporting the inhibitory process by hippocampus, which has proved that morphine may act on the inhibition of the transmzssion of nociceptiove stzmulation to the nerve center, thus producing analgesia.
