摘要
报道8例患儿13个先天性髋关节脱位(CDH)的B超与X线诊断结果,髋关节B超其声像特点为:股骨头的直径(H)小.股骨头在髋臼内的覆盖率(HCR)变小,大转子到髋臼底部的垂直距离(TAD)变长。髋臼角(α角)变大。与传统的X线比较,B超检查CDH具有结果准确(与X线检查成正相关,P<0.005),且无创,没有射线损伤,显像清晰,能多平面、多层次地显示髋部结构,在婴幼儿CDH的诊断中具有X线不能替代的优点。
Results of both roentgenographic and ultrasonographic diagnoses of 13joints in 8 congenital hip dislocation (CDH) cases were studied The ultrasonographic feature of CDH were Tepresented by a smaller diameter of the femo ral head,lower coveTing rate of the femoral head in the acetabulum,longer vertical distance from the greater trochanter to the bottom of the acetabulum and a wider acetabular angle. Compared with the traditional ways of roentgenography,the ultrassonography's has more advantages such as the greater accuracy with high correlation over that of roentaenography (P<0. 005),free from traumatic and X-ray in juries,clearer pictures showing multiple images of the hip joint stTucture. With better picture to reveal the soft tissue and cartilages in the hip joint of infants and children,it has undoubtedly moTe advantages over roentgenography in the diagnosis of CDH.
