摘要
教育与制度是塑造个体诚信素质的两种重要手段。一方面,教育树人讲求自律,塑造个体诚信行为道德;另一方面,制度立法则强调他律,规范个体诚信行为理性。个体诚信行为的培育是教育自律和制度他律共同作用的结果,两者的规约力是相互渗透、相辅相成的,两者并没有不可逾越的鸿沟。
Education and system are two important means of fostering individual quality of honesty. Education is to develop self-discipline and morality, while systems are to achieve external-discipline by regulating behaviors. Honesty is result of joint working of education and systems which inter-act and complement each other and aren't insurmountable.
