Initial Exploration into School Crisis Management Mechanism

近年来,学校危机事件迭出,在某种程度上影响了学校教学和学生的培养,迫切需要进行必要的研究,探讨学校危机管理的有关问题。本文试图从学校危机的来源、阶段来分析学校危机管理的一些特殊形式,对以往学校危机管理中存在价值和制度缺失的问题,提出了构建学校危机管理机制的设想,并具体从三个阶段来分析和构建。

In recent years, the frequent school critical incidents negatively affect school teaching and students＇ cultivation. This requires relevant research into school crisis management. The article analyzes some special forms of school crisis management in terms of crisis＇ origin and stages and deals with the value and system flaws in school crisis management. Based on the analysis, the article puts forward thoughts on building school crisis management mechanism in three aspects.
