摘要 文章以从竹灵消(Cynanchum inamoenum(Maxim.)Loes)中分离得到的一个C21甾体四糖苷in-amoside E为例,详细介绍了利用二维核磁共振技术解析多糖苷结构的过程。 The identification of glycosides with polysaccharide is very diffcult due to the overlap of the signals of the sugars in the NMR spectra. Using the 2D - NMR spectroscopic technique, the identification is easy. In this report, the identification of in- amoside E from Cynanchum inamoenum shows the method of the identification of glycosides with polysaccharide.
