摘要
针对大量使用的普通水泵存在的诸多缺陷,利用UG软件进行了自吸式水泵的创新设计,采用参数化方法建立了自吸式水泵的运动仿真模型.通过对自吸式水泵的运动仿真及模拟运动过程,可实时地检查出零部件之间的干涉,可以直观地看到自吸泵的整个运动过程,同时也可以分析其运动的极限位置、空间运动位置、运动参数等内容.其结果表明,对自吸式水泵的创新设计是合理的,对原理进行仿真,可以有效地避免在加工及实地操作时发生重大失误.
Aiming at many disadvantages of general pumps being widely used, the innovative design for selfsucking pumps is done by UG platform and the motion simulation of self - sucking pumps is built with the parametric method in this paper. The interference between parts can be checked by motion simulation and simulating the motion process. The whole motion process of the self - sucking pump can be observed directly. The simulation can also be used to analyze the limit location, the space motion location and motion parameters. Simulation results show that the innovative design for self - sucking pumps is reasonable. The principle simulation is able to avoid some fatal mistakes efficiently in manufacturing and operating selfsucking pumps.
