摘要
传统的二维测量设备都是人眼通过目镜来读数的,这就不可避免地存在视觉误差.本设备采用光学CCD代替人眼读数,并利用图像处理技术、像素细分技术,实现了对工件的自动描准,自动测量,通过实践证明,该设备具有很高的测量精确度和实用价值.
The traditional two-dimensional measurement equipments are read through the eyepiece by eyes, which inevitably bring the visual error. The paper uses optical equipment CCD to replace eyes to read, using image processing technology and sub-pixel technology., realizing the automatic collimation, automatic measurement of the workpiece. It has been proved that the equipment have high accuracy and practical value.
