基于MCGS采用Z元件传感器的温度巡检系统设计 被引量:2

摘要 针对大型粮库的储粮实际情况,采用新型三端Z元件数字温度传感器采集温度值,温度巡检及调节过程控制采用监控组态软件MCGS,使粮库温度巡检系统在提高系统反映敏感度的同时,减少了系统硬件设计的费用及软件开发工作量.详细叙述了系统硬件配置、调节控制过程及使用MCGS开发的系统界面和温度采集程序.系统已运行两年,符合中央直属粮库粮情监测系统质量要求,整体性价比极佳,已在一些粮库推广. Aiming at grain depot real circs to collection temperature a type three-port Z Element digital sensor isused, to inspect temperature and adjust process control with MCGS, to reduce the fee of hardware design and the workload of software exploitation and advance delicacy degree of system reaction particular the hardware scheme of system and the process of adjust control and how to exploit the program of system interface and collection temperature are described. The system has run for tow years, accorded with the quality demand of directly under grain depot grain circs inspect system, the ratio of capability and price is the best, and has been spread in other grain depot.
