摘要
对1962年～1997年间60例住院确诊白塞病患者进行了回顾性研究分析其发病情况、诱因、起病类型、初发部位、临床表现、实验室检查、病理检查及治情况,结果表明本组白塞病以男性多见,好发于青壮年,慢性型多见,初发部位以口多见,全身各个器官系统均可受累,但以口腔、皮肤、生殖器、眼和关节常见,针刺反对本病特异性较高。结论:白塞病的临床谱广,诊断主要靠临床症状,针刺反应阳有辅助诊断意义。
The clinical characteristics of 60 cases ot Behcet s disease were analysed retrospectively. The results showed that middle-aged male patients with chronic onset were common, oral ulcer was the first common symptom, the disease could damage all organs, however the oral, skin, genital, oculus and joint were common damaged sites, and pathergy reaction had high specifity. The results indicate that the clinical manifestations of Behcet's disease are complex, its diagnosis mainly depends on symptoms and sings, and pathergy reaction is helpful to diagnosis.
