摘要
以补肝肾、填精髓的中药骨灵丸进行防治原发性骨质疏松症(OP)的动物实验研究。通过制作原发性OP大鼠模型,并观测骨密度、骨生物力学、骨组织形态计量学指标,以观察骨灵丸疗效并探讨其主要作用机制。结果显示大鼠去势后出现高转换型OP,而骨灵丸能够有效对抗去势大鼠出现的骨丢失,维护鼠骨强度、弹性,保持骨生物力学性能,可使过高的破骨细胞(OC)活性降低,使骨吸收、骨形成二者之间偶联趋于平衡,从而有效地维持了鼠骨密度。研究结果显示骨灵丸是一个有前途的防治OP新药,值得进一步深入研究。
The therapeutic and preventive effects of traditional Chinese medicine Gulingwan, which has the function of invigorating liver and kidney and replenishing essence, on the animal model of osteoporosis (OP) were studied. By the making of the rat model of OP, the indexes of bone density, biomechanics and morphology of 30 rats aged 12-month (male 15 and famele 15) divided into operating, operating + Gulingwan and control groups were tested to evaluate the therapeutic and preventive effect and mechanism. Results showed that the gelding rats belonged to high transforming type. Gulingwan could effectively antagonize the bone loss of gelding rats. It could maintain the bone strength, elasticity and characteristics of biomechanics, reduce the activity of osteoclasts, and therefor maintain the bone density. The operating group was statistically different from control and operating + Gulingwan groups (P<0.05 and P<0.01). It is indicated that Gulingwan is a promising new drug for prevention and treatment of OP, and needed to make further studies.
