摘要
本文２１例高脂血症患者，服用地奥脂必妥治疗４周，结果显示：血清胆固醇（ＴＣ）、甘油三脂（ＴＧ）及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＬＤＬ－Ｃ）均显著下降（Ｐ＜０．０１）；而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＨＤＬ－Ｃ）轻度升高（Ｐ＞０．０５）；且无明显不良反应。提示地奥脂必妥是一安全有效的调脂药物。
patients with hyperlipidemia were treated with Diau Zhibituo for four weeks.Result indicated serum cholesterol(TC),Triglyceride(TG)and Low density Lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)were decreased significantly(P<0.01);And high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was mildly increased(P>0.05).No obvious side effect.This indicated that Diau Zhibituo is an effective and safety preparation.
