摘要
本文报道以环氧溴丙烷作重原子微扰剂,不经除氧,环糊精诱导痕量α-溴代萘的室温磷光。详细讨论了β-CD-EBH-α-BrN形成包接配合物的几种实验条件。结果表明,α-BrN浓度与RTP之间在三个数量级范围内呈良好的线性关系。
Room temperature phosphorescence(RTP) of α-Bromonaphthalene(α-BrN)is induced by β-Cyclodextr(β-CD)in fluid free from without deoxygenation in the presen of Epibromohydrin(EBH)as avaluable external heavy atom perturber.Several experimential conditions of β-CD-EBH-α-BrN for forming inclusion complex are discussed in detail Calibration curve are linear over 6×10 -8 mol/L~2×10 -6 mol/L.
