摘要
１４例硬膜外麻醉穿破硬脊膜后致顽固性头痛患者，经一般对症及输液治疗，效果不明显，经硬膜外腔生理盐水充填治疗后，头痛立即消失。
Itwas shown that the general fluid therapy was not effective for the 14 patients who were suffering from headache after accidental subarachnoid punctur during epidural anaesthesia.The headache was well relieved by epidural injection of normal saline.
