摘要
糖尿病早期肾病３０例采用依那普利治疗４个月，２４ｈ尿白蛋白和尿β－２微球蛋白均明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０５）。此外，依那普利还有较显著的降压作用。该药是目前治疗早期糖尿病肾病的有效药物。
Thirty patient with eariy diabetic nehropathy were treated with enalapril,for 4month.The results showed that 24h urinary albumin and urinary β 2—microglobulin were remarkably lowered after therapy(P<0.05).In addition enalapril has effect in lowering hypertension.The druy is an effective druy to early diabetic nephropathy at present.
