摘要
现代教师专业发展的研究已成为国际教师教育的热点问题。"零反思"、"被动反思"及"主动反思"三种反思能力,会直接影响到教师专业发展的方向和速度,"主动反思"对教师专业发展能够起到积极的推动作用。
The research of the professional development of contemporary teachers has become a hot issue in the international teacher education. The three reflective abilities -- zero reflective ability, passive reflective ability and active reflective ability -- have direct influence on the orientation and pace of teachers'professional development. Active reflective ability can promote teachers'professional development.
