新农村建设文化路径之一是建立农村社区文化组织,文章采用个案定性研究方法,运用AGIL模型分析农村社区文化组织的运作机制,进而在个人、家庭、村庄三个层面探讨其对新农村建设的影响,最后提出其面临的困境和相应的对策建议。

One of the cultural routes to the new rural construction is to construct rural cultural organizations. The essay makes a system analysis of the mechanism in rural cultural organizations with the＂AGIL＂ model. , then discusses the impacts of the rural cultural organizations in three aspects of personality , family and the village in the new rural constructions , difficult situations they are facing and corresponding countermeasures.
