山东省财政支农支出对农业经济增长贡献的地区差异研究——基于17地市及三大经济区域面板数据分析

Region Discrepancy from Public Finance Contributing to the Rural Economy in Shandong Province-Paneldate Model about the 17 Cities and Three Economic Regions

文章以农村经济为研究视角,以山东17地市及三大经济区域为研究范围,运用PanelData面板数据模型,实证分析了财政支农对农业经济贡献的地区性差异问题。结果表明,相比东部而言,中西部地区的农业产值对财政支农的需求更大,财政支农政策应向中西部倾斜。

On the basis of treating the rural economy as research angle, 17cities and three economic regions as research scale, this paper made use of Panel Data model to anlysis problems about the region discrepancy in the process of public finance contributing to the rural economy. Outcome shows that： comparaing the easten area, the agriculture production in the middle and westen area desires for the finance supporting more and larger. In the light of the fact, the policy of supporting agriculture shoud be inclined to the middle and westen region.
