要实现民营经济产业集群的持续发展,关键在于不断创新,这种创新依赖于内在机制和外部支撑体系的互动与耦合。文章基于产业集群生命周期理论,在对民营经济产业集群的演化过程及阶段性创新特征判断的基础上,剖析了其创新困境及其成因,并从宏观、中观及微观多角度,系统地提出了培育民营经济产业集群持续竞争优势的相关途径与策略。

To achieve the sustainable development of industrial clusters, the key is constant innovation, which relies on innovative mechanisms for internal and external support system coupled with the interaction. Eased on the life-cycle theory of industrial clus- ters, the paper judges the evolution of industrial clusters and the short-term innovative features, then, analyses the plight of its innovation and its causes, and systemly puts forward related channels and strategies to cultivate the private economic industrial clusters to a sustainable competitive advantages from the macro, meso and micro-multi-angles.
