摘要
公共财政作为公共行政价值赖以实现的重要物质基础,其运行状况直接关乎公共行政价值的实现与否。当前我国公共财政收支体制和运行过程中存在的一些问题已对公共行政价值的实现形成了阻碍,应当采取切实措施加以解决。
As an important material basis to realize the value of public administration, the implementation of public finance is directly related to the realization of the value of public administration. At present, the balance structure of public finance and problems in its implementation have hampered the realization of the value so effective measures should be taken to solve this.
