摘要
劳动权是劳动者的人身权、财产权、政治权的有机结合。深刻认识劳动权的特性,需将劳动权的相关权利进行具体界定,以揭示劳动权的高位阶性、劳动权谱系的复杂性和开放性,以及劳动权的功能价值。
Right of labor is the organic combination of personal right, property right and political right. In order to learn of its characteristics, it is necessary to define relevant rights belonging to the right of labor to reveal its high level, the complexity and openness of its pedigree and its function and value as well.
