心包炎心室舒张功能的超声分析

Analyses ventricular diastolic function with effusive epicarditis and constrictive epicarditis by echocardiography echocardiography

本文对心包积液，缩窄性心包炎的二尖瓣、三尖瓣血流频谱、肺静脉、腔静脉血流频谱进行了分析，资料表明心包积液的舒张功能主要表现为心室的松弛性减低，腔静脉回流受阻。缩窄性心包炎则为舒张期充盈量明显减少，腔静脉，肺静脉回流明显受阻，回流量减少。

This paper analysed the date of mitral valve flow pattern,tricuspid valve flow pattern,tricuspid valve flow pattern,pulmonary venous flow pattern and superior vena cave flow pattern with effusive epicarditis and constrictive epicarditis.The date showed that the effect of effusive epicarditis is ventricular laxity decrease and vena cave flow limit.The effect of constrictive epicarditis is ventricular expension limit,early diastolic filling rapid,filling vloume in the diastolic decrease,vena cave and pulmonary vena flow limit and the flow volume decrease.
