试论潮汕“双忠”崇拜民俗文化之兴起

A Tentative Study of Folk Custom Culture Rise of "Shuangzhong" Worship in Chaoshan Area

潮汕历代各种地方志记载了唐代为国死难名将张巡、许远"双忠"居然在非亲非故非殉难之地的潮汕地区享祀的现象。历任地方官员和乡贤的立庙祭祀、民间的造神呼应、文人的歌咏唱和共同把"双忠"崇拜推向高潮,形成了一股风靡潮汕地区的"双忠"崇拜之民俗文化热。

Chorography of all the dynasties in Chaoshan area records the phenomenon of the fetes of Zhang Xun and Xu Yuan in Chaoshan area. These two famous generals, sacrificed to the nation in Tang Dynasty, should have been feted in Chaoshan area, which is neither where they were born nor where they died. Fetes given by local officials and virtuous people building temples, gods creation by folks, and scholars’ praises,all pushed the worship of 'shuangzhong' 双忠(double worships)to the climax,producing cultural boom of 'shuangzhong.'
