明清时期汉水下游泗港、大小泽口水利纷争的个案研究——水利环境变化中地域集团之行为

The Water Dispute of Si Wan(泗湾) and Daxiaozekou(大小泽口) at the Lower Reaches of Han River during Ming and Qing Periods——The Regional Group Behavior in the Water Environmental Change

该文结合相关历史文献的记载,通过对清代、民国时期关于襄河水利纷争的史料——《襄堤成案》、《大泽口成案》、《襄河水利案牍汇抄》的解读,理清明清时期汉水下游州县关于小泽口、大泽口水利纷争的全貌。分析纷争过程中地方社会的行为,以及督抚、府州县官员等不同层级官员行政的实质与角色,并分析相互之间的关系。在此基础上,探讨水利环境变化之下地域集团行为的性质,以及其行为对水利环境的影响。

By comparing the water conservancy documents-- Xiangdi Cheng ＇an, Dazekou Cheng ＇ an, X ianghe Shuili Andu Huichao（《襄堤成案》、《大泽口成案》、《襄河水利案牍汇抄》） with records in the relevant documents, this paper examines the series of disputes over the Xiaozekou （小泽口） and Dazekou（大泽口） occurred between the counties at the lower reaches of Han River. The paper exam- ines the behavioral characters of the province governor, district magistrate, department magistrate, the local elite and grass--roots popular, and the relations between them. On the base of it, this paper explores the characters of the regional group behavior and illustrates the relation between the water environmental change and the regional group behavior.
