The clincal application of ZT adhesive in nasoseptal surgery

报告９６例鼻中隔手术用ＺＴ胶粘合两侧粘软骨膜及密封切口的方法，操作注意要点，分析讨论其优缺点，认为ＺＴ胶粘合剂在鼻科手术中应用可简化手术程序，代替缝线及填塞，缩短住院天数，减轻患者经济负担，可在门诊施行手术，值得临床推广。

Submucous resection of the nasal septum were performed for ninety-six cases using ZT adhesive to reposite the mucoperichondria and to close the incisions.A brief description was made of the advantages and shortcomings as well as the key points of the procedure.The utilization of this method in nasal surgery may simplify the surgidal procedures,replace sutures and nasal packing,shorten the days of hospitalization and decrease the financial payment.Moreover,it can be done at clinic so it’s worth popularized.
