丁香酚对灰霉病菌的抑制活性及对菌丝形态的影响 被引量:11

摘要 在室内离体条件下研究了丁香酚对灰霉病菌菌丝生长和菌丝形态的影响,当其使用浓度为200μg/mL时,菌丝干重仅为对照菌丝的11.56%。丁香酚的抑菌效果不受pH值(5-9)的影响。当丁香酚浓度为500-2000μg/mL时,其保护作用防效为81.63%-100%,治疗作用防效为28.45%-59.41%。光镜和电镜观察发现丁香酚处理导致菌丝发生一系列变化:菌丝内部出现空泡化,菌丝表面沉积大量外渗物,菌丝呈不规则缢缩,菌丝内部各细胞器结构紊乱。 Under isolation condition in laboratory, the influences of eugenol on mycelial growth and morphology of Botrytis cinerea were studied, the results showed that when the concentration of eugenol was at 200 μmL, the mycelial dry weight was only 11.56% of that of the check. Effect of eugenol on mycelial growth of B. cinerea was not influenced by pH -value (5 - 9). Effects of eugenol on the grey mould disease were determined by in vitro leaves of strawberry, the results showed that the protective effect and curative effect of eugenol were respectively 81.63% - 100%, 28.45% -59. 41% when the concentration of eugenol was at 500 - 2000 μg/mL. Effects of eugenol on the change of hyphae morphology of B. cinerea were examined by means of light microscopy and electron micros- copy techniques, the result revealed that eugenel caused a series of marked hyphae morphological and cell structural alterations, these changes generally include increasing vacuoles, irregular swelling, breakage of the configuration of mvcelium cell.
