摘要
简述了2008年初我国南方低温雨雪冰冻灾害的发生、发展特点,分析了灾害给江西各地农林业生产造成的主要危害,并在此基础上提出了防灾减灾的若干对策和措施。
Based on the investigations on the disasters of low- temperature, raining, snowing and freezing which happened in the early 2008 in Jiangxi, the paper briefly explains the characteristics of occurrence and development of the disasters, and analyzes the major harms of the disasters on the production of agriculture and forestry, several measures and countermeasures for prevention and reduetion of the disasters are put forward.
