Literature translation is some sort of dynamic interpretation of the source text, and it is a kind of creative cultural activity under the very circumstances of natural culture, rather than the simple transition on the linguistic level or the pure individual aesthetic performing. For translation is beyond the transformation from one language to another, it includes different shifts and turns such as transfigurations, additions and deletions, and distortions for the translated works to outlive the cultural environment of the target language. Literature translation, from the material-selection to the translation strategies, from the interpretation of the source text to the effects of the finished version, is affected by and restricted from the native ideologies and literary concepts. So it is the activity of cultural rewriting or cultural consultation in the native literature context, and it is a creativetreachery to the original text.
