An Inquire into the Financing of Orgnization for Farmer's Cooperation

农民合作组织在发展农业生产和农村经济中发挥了重要作用,但资金的缺乏使其呈现不稳定性和波动性,这其中有合作组织自身的原因,也有政府和金融体系等方面的原因。应该建立支持农民合作组织发展的政策支持体系,增强合作组织的内部融资能力;加快发展农村合作金融组织;完善国家金融体系;出台具体实惠的支持政策。

The supporting system of orgnization for farmer＇s cooperation should be established to enhance the capability of interior financing of the orgnization. Stepping up the develoment of financial orgnization and the perfecting national financial system should be done at present. Concrete supporting policies should also be put into effect.
