摘要 制造工艺资源的评价和选择是实现资源优化配置的关键技术。本文分析了协同工艺设计中制造工艺资源选择决策研究状况,应用模糊数和模糊决策理论,建立基于偏好关系的制造工艺资源模糊评价模型,研究一种基于偏好关系的隶属度函数求解算法和基于偏序关系的多方案制造工艺资源排序决策方法,最后给出一个算例验证本文提出的资源评价方法的合理性和有效性。 The evaluating and selecting of manufacturing process resource is the pivotal technology to realize optimization deployment.Firstly,the studies state of selecting and decision-making of manufacturing process resource in collaborative process design is analyzed.Then,the evaluating model of manufacturing process resource based on preference relation is constructed applied the fuzzy numbers and fuzzy decision theory.This research focuses upon solving algorithm of dominance degree function based on preference relation and decision-making method for Multi-scheme based on partial order relation.Finally,a numerical example is used to validating the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method of resource evaluating.
