在动物自由活动状态下采用辐射热痛阈测定方法,观察了定时定量夹损坐骨神经干大鼠的痛觉改变(痛觉过敏)及不同间隔的电针对病觉过敏的调整作用。30只大鼠随机分为对照组、电针1组、电针2组和电针3组四组。用WQ-6F电针议产生的频率50Hz,强度1~1.5mA的电脉冲电针大鼠“阳陵泉”和“悬钟”穴。对照组大鼠不给予电针;电针1组大鼠每日电针一次;电针2组大鼠隔日电针一次;电针3组大鼠隔2日电针一次,各组电外均持续一个月。结果显示:定时定量夹伤一侧坐骨神经可引起同侧足底痛觉过敏,这种现象可持续17天,但对测足底的痛闻无明显改界;损伤后每日或隔日一次弱强度电针可减弱上述痛敏的发生,并促进其恢复;而每三天一次的电针不能减弱病敏的发生。说明在治疗神经损伤性疾病的电针参数选择中,针刺的间隔也是一个重要因素。
The regulatory effects of electro-acupuncture on thermal hyperalgesia in a peripheral mononeuropathy model were observed in rats. Peripheral mononeuropathy was induced in adult rats by crushing an unilateral common sciatic nerve with 50g in force lasting for 5 min at 4 points along the nerve. The postoperative plantar cutaneous hyperalgesic response to noxious radiant heat stimulation was measured by a newly developed thermal pain threshold detector in awake and unrestrained condition. The rats with crushed sciatic nerve were divided randomly into four groups: control, electro-acupuncture 1 (EA1). EA2 and EA3. In the 3 EA groups,the electrical pulses generated by a WQ-6F electronic apparatus with frequency of 50 Hz and intensity ranging from 1-1. 5 mA were delivered to Yanglingquan (GB34)and Xuanzhong (GB39) points. The rats in control were not stimulated by electro-uacupuncture,while those in EA1,EA2 and EA 3 groups were given electro acupunctre every 1, 2 and 3 days respectively. It was noticed that the unilateral injury of the sciatic nerve could induce thermal hyperalgesia in the affected hind paw. lasting for about half a month. The hyperalgesia could be relieved by electro- acupunctre given once every day or every other day but not every 3 days. The results indicate that in the treatment of hyperalgesia,the interval for applying acupuncture is an important factor determining its analgesic effects.
