摘要
植物与人类息息相关,其千姿百态的色彩与风韵不仅给人以美感,在人们心目中还有它特定的象征意义与审美特征。植物常被人们用来表达思想和寄托感情。基于思维方式、审美心理和社会习俗差异,英汉植物所包含的文化内涵及联想意义迥异。分析英汉植物文化的差异现象有助于提高英汉语言学习者的审美意趣。
The author of this paper has analyzed the differences of the plant culture between English and Chinese, and proposes that it is conducive to aesthetic sentiment in English and Chinese languages learning based on the cultural connotation and associated meaning because plants are often used to show what people think and imply.
